Timberline Custom Homes can assist in advising the best location for your home to maximize your view and minimize site preparation costs. While initial house plans are being completed, Timberline can start the site preparation work, including clearing for the driveway and home building site, arranging for electricity and water to the homesite, propane tank installation, and arranging for drain fields and septic installation. This can be a 1-2 month process, depending on the lot access and location.
