8. The Final Construction Plans for Your Home are Drawn
9. If you choose a Heritage Log Homes product then the Manufacturing of Your Home Begins!
10. Site preparation along with well and septic systems installed. Construction of your new home begins.
11. Transportation and Delivery of Your Heritage Log Home Takes Place
12. Installation of your Log Home Begins.
13. The Construction Phase of Your Home is Completed
14. The Finishing Steps - Tweaking Your New Log Home or Conventional Home Inspection.

| Timberline Custom
Homes can assist in advising the best location for your home to maximize your view and minimize site preparation
costs. While initial house plans are being completed, Timberline can start the site
preparation work, including clearing for the driveway and home building site, arranging for electricity and water
to the homesite, propane tank installation, and arranging for drain fields and septic installation. This can be
a 1-2 month process, depending on the lot access and location. |
