The Magna Vista is a home that gracefully graduates rustic without removing the charm of a log home.

This rectangular-hewn log home is constructed of 6-inch-by-12-inch Eastern white pine. With 3,000 square feet of living space, the Magna Vista incorporates numerous, innovation design elements for a log home which in turn made this design an award winner.

This plan allows you to enjoy the coziness of log home with an open floor plan that offers luxurious living. The porches offer a quiet retreat to take in magnificent views of the mountains or the sea.

OVERVIEW
The Magna Vista was designed to be near the water, but its versatile looks actually would make it a suitable home for nearly any setting, near the water or well inland. The functional main-level layout is full of entertaining or vacationing potential, and the upper-level bedroom areas provide ample room for family or guests. A study and view loft with cupola bring the views and sunlight in topside, while covered porches on both levels allow lounging in shaded bliss.
MAGNA VISTA LIVING
There’s something about the view and the breezes from the upstairs deck that keep you connected to your home and its setting at the same time. You might also try to finish that paperback you’ve been working on. At least from the upstairs study, you can still look out on paradise.

Or you may choose to have friends over and enjoy a great evening of fun and laughter with the gracious main living spaces which are perfect for entertaining.
MAIN LEVEL
It’s the rule of thirds in action here with a level that’s divided into living, dining and master suite areas. The great room and dining spaces are both roomy, open and flow smoothly together, while the master bedroom is handy to the main entrance yet separated from the rest of the home by a central stair core. Outside viewing porches are accessible from both the great room and dining room.
UPPER LEVEL
Ideal sleeping area for guests or family, this level consists of 2 junior master suites with walk-in closets and full bathrooms. In between is a cozy study and viewing loft that opens onto its own private deck. An overhead cupola floods the space with light and overhead sky views.
